EthanCorp is my independent consulting practice, based in Ho Chi Minh City and working across Asia and remote. I design data platforms, integrations and AI-enabled analytics systems that turn fragmented enterprise data into decisions an organisation can actually stand behind.
Background
Twelve years of the same problem, in different shapes.
The work has been consistent since 2012: an organisation has the data, it lives in five systems that do not agree, and somebody senior is making decisions on a spreadsheet that one person maintains by hand.
I have approached that from most directions — as a BI consultant on SAP estates at Bosch, as the person responsible for reporting at a manufacturing group operating across borders, and since 2020 leading application integration and data analytics for Asia at Cognita, a multi-country education group. That last role is where the numbers on this site come from: twenty-plus enterprise systems connected, a hundred and fifty-plus pipelines and workflows, twelve-plus business units, five-plus countries.
The recent shift is AI, and it has been a narrow one on purpose. The interesting application is not replacing analysis — it is removing the hours of handling that sit around analysis, while keeping the judgement step in place and auditable. SAMI and LangThang AI exist because I wanted to build that properly rather than describe it in a slide.
What EthanCorp is
A one-person consultancy. There is no team, no bench, and no account layer between you and the person doing the work. That is a genuine constraint on how much can run at once — and the reason scope gets discussed honestly up front.
What it is not
Not an AI product startup, not an agency selling dashboards by the hour, and not a reseller. If your problem is better solved by a platform you already own, I will say so.
Languages
English and Vietnamese, both working. All documentation and deliverables are written in English unless you ask otherwise.
